Your staff will handle the on–site tasks of receiving the requests, pulling the claims files, picking through the pages and scanning the appropriate pages into OneSource′s online request tracking system using our equipment. Once that′s done, so are you! OneSource handles everything else, including all the printing, packaging and mailing, as well as the billing and invoicing, collections, and customer service. Our Quality Control Department will spot–check requests processed by your staff, ensuring that all claims file releases remain in compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
