Marketing Manager
OneSource is looking for a passionate, fun, energetic, enthusiastic and excited individual that is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable self-starter with strong computer and communication skills to work with our Sales Team to cultivate new business through our various marketing efforts.
- Summary of Job Expectations:
- Responsible for the management of all marketing efforts in order to maintain current and prospective client relationships for OneSource and OneSource's subsidiary, Project:Scan, including but not limited to Marketing campaigns, Website, Corporate communications, Presentations, Proposals, RFP's, Tradeshows and Sponsorship events.
- Responsible for measurement and accountability of Marketing Plan.
- Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage direct reports.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency and retention.
- Identify potential problems, troubleshoot and escalate issues, as needed.
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Marketing Departments.
- Help manage the marketing budget.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of top-notch marketing management experience.
- Must have a college education with a strong GPA.
- Must be a powerful and persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills.
- Must have knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and relationship building skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be self-motivated to produce results.
- Must love working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an eagerness to succeed.
- Must have the ability to take initiative!
- Must maintain focus on goals and strives to meet and/or exceed agreed upon timelines.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (including Power Point, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Adobe Illustrator), email and Internet applications. Experience with Salesforce and ACT! helps.
